English Law is the applicable law. You, as the consumer, are entering a legally binding contract when buying goods and services on the Internet from Chromacolour.

Online Orders

Animation Supplies takes the security of your details very seriously. To ensure your payments are 100% safe we use a secure server with industry standard encryption methods for keeping your details safe at all times. Chromacolour will not share or divulge your personal information to any other agents or service providers.

Chromacolour accepts payment by credit or debit card and PayPal. PayPal payments do attract a surcharge, details of which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Prices

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (British Pounds). We endeavour to ensure prices are correct at time of publication. Should an item be listed at the incorrect price we reserve the right to retract from sale and provide a refund. Additionally in line with Distance Selling Regulations, Chromacolour is bound to inform you that we consider the contract concluded once your item has been safely recieved at the address on the order. 

Cancelling or Amending an Order

Chromacolour aims to despatch most orders within 48 hours, but we often ship order same day where possible. To acheive this, we look to process orders quickly. With this in mine, if you need to cancel or amend an order please contact us immediately by email or by phone. Unfortunately once the order has left our premises we can not recall it. 

Refund Policy

Any item* purchased from Chromacolour is covered by our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied by any of our products, for whatever reason, we will issue you with a full refund (excluding postage costs). Simply return the unwanted item in its original saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

If you need to return an item please contact us first and we issue you with a returns number.
*For software purchases which have been installed and for custom made products this guarantee may not apply. Please check with us before ordering.

 

Items Damaged in Transit

All orders come in appropriate protective packaging, but in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in the post please contact us immediately. Please also ensure that you retain all packaging as we may need it should a claim against the carrier need to be made. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible. We also ask that the original is returned to us. This will be arranged at our expense. 

Items Lost in Transit

It is very unlikely that your package will be lost but occasionally this does happen. All international and most UK orders are sent with some form of tracking and we are usually able to locate them. Orders that are lost however will be replaced as quickly as possible.

Faulty Goods

If in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please call us in the first instance.  In most cases we are likely to be able to offer a solution over the phone. If however, we are unable to do this we may ask you to return the goods, in some cases we will collect. If, on receipt we inspect the items and deem them not to be faulty, you will be not be refunded the return postage cost. Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from any guarantee.

Please keep your proof of return, in case you have a future query. If you cannot provide a proof of returne, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Sale of Goods Act 1979

If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy. This will be in the form of repair, replacement or refund.

Communications

Notifications of order and shipment will be sent via email. If you opt to subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. If you have signed up for an online account with us, you have the option to delete it at any time. We do not store payment details.  

Availability & Description

We have a large selction of products listed on our website, on the rare occasion that we do run out of a particular item you will be notified via email immediately. Although we care great care to ensure pictures and illustrations accurately depict the item, where indicated some images are for illustration purposes only. These products may occasionally vary in size or colour.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell  the product to you. The product will correspond with the advertised description E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted). The product will be of satisfactory quality in relation to the item description and the price paid. We will not consider claims for consequential loss in relation to distress, inconvenience or disappointment.

In any event liability shall be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same cause.

All rights by way of the designs and information are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
