Coronavirus (COVID-19) Latest Information

During these unprecedented times, the health of our staff, suppliers and customers is our number one priority. As a result, we are not able to offer the same level of service that we usually would.

After careful consideration, we have decided to limit how often orders are dispatched, please see below for the latest details.

Please note that with the recent discovery of a new strain of Covid 19 in the UK and the subsequent closure of the borders with France and Ireland, we are currently unable to arrange European shipments with our couriers. We hope that this will be resolved in the next few days, but please beware that delivery times will be delayed as a result. In addition to this, due to the on going Brexit negotiations any European order placed between 18th December 2020 and 4th January 2021 will be shipped as soon after 5th January as we can. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Latest Delivery Information

UK Courier Deliveries

UK orders dispatched via courier will now only be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These will be sent via a next day service, but please be aware, the couriers cannot guarantee next day delivery.

UK Royal Mail Deliveries

UK orders dispatched via Royal Mail will only be dispatched on Wednesdays. 1st class (Royal Mail 24) will be used but may take longer than usual.

International Courier Deliveries

International orders dispatched via courier will now only be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery times are likely to be longer than usual.

International Royal Mail Deliveries

International orders dispatched via Royal Mail will only be dispatched on Wednesdays. Standard Airmail will be used but is very likely to take longer than usual.
