Important notes for customers outside of UK

  1. Delivery is chargeable for all orders.  Charges are made according to the destination and weight of goods.  Please contact us for delivery charges as these vary greatly by country are not confirmed on this website.  The minimum charge for small orders by Airmail is £4.00.
  2. You will be charged in Pounds Sterling.   Your bank will automatically exchange the amount in pounds to your local currency.  We can not be held responsible for exchange rate variances.
  3.  Vat is chargeable on all orders.  All our prices stated online exclude Vat.  Vat is a Tax which is currently 17.5%.  Vat is not calculated on this website.  Please contact us to confirm the Vat amount if you can not calculate it yourself.  
  4. Vat is chargeable to most people within Europe except if you or your company, are registered for tax and have a Vat number - please send this to us when you order and we will not charge you Vat. 
  5. Customers from outside the EC do not pay any Vat, however you may be required to pay duty or Tax on arrival at customs.
