Special Christmas Orders Notice

Need your order to arrive before Christmas?

Use these dates as a guide as to when we need to receive your order by, to enable us enough time to pack the goods and for the Postman to deliver. The earlier you send us the order the more chance you have of receiving your goods in time. These dates are subject to stock availability and we will advise you of any problems immediately on receipt of your order.

UK Deliveries:
Standard Royal Mail - 15th December
Express Royal Mail 9am -19th December
UK Zone A delivery 9am - 22nd December
UK Zone B/C delivery 9am – 21st December
UK Zone D delivery 9am – 16th December

Deliveries outside UK
Airmail Western Europe - 9th December
Airmail Eastern Europe, USA - 8th December
Airmail Australia, New Zealand 9am - 5th December

Pricing Information:

  1. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice at any given time.
  2. Our website will calculate VAT charges and all prices shown on the website will be shown Excluding & Including VAT where applicable.  ( VAT = Value Added Tax )
  3. All Customers in the UK will pay VAT at the current rate, currently 20%.   ( Except customers from the Channel Islands, which purchases are zero rated )
  4. Customers within the European Union that can provide us with a valid VAT number during the checkout process, will not be charged any VAT.  This number will be verified before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  5. Customers outside of the European Union do not pay any VAT and the website will make allowances for this.  Please contact us for further details regarding VAT if you need to.                       

Ordering Information:

  1. Please ensure you enter accurate information and contact details when ordering.
  2. All orders successfully placed online will automatically receive an automated copy of the order/payment you have made online. 
  3. Orders are generally processed within one working day of receipt of order.  During peak seasonal times and other busy periods, that time may be longer. 
  4. Please remember to check your email on a regular basis after placing your order as we will email you separately with any queries or questions concerning your order.

    Delivery Information:

  1. All products are subject to delivery charges except those that clearly state free delivery, such as downloadable products and Chroma Artist Colour Paints in 50ml pots or 50ml tubes only.  Full details of free delivery products will be shown on the individual products pages and clearly marked. 
  2. Delivery prices are quoted to the best of our ability online through the checkout process.  Delivery prices are calculated on the weight of the total order and will automatically show the most suitable shipping option and price/s when you check-out. 
  3. We reserve the right to change our delivery prices without notice and will contact customers if needed to advise of any additional delivery charges after orders have been completed online. 
  4. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, subject to stock. All customers will be contacted if there is going to be a delay with the dispatch of goods. 
  5. Most deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
  6. Some deliveries outside of the EU maybe subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in the destination country.  We can not advise on the costs of these charges as they are determined by the destination country.

Delivery Time Estimates:
UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery:  Normally within 3-10 days from posting
UK Royal Mail Express Delivery:  Normally within 1-2 days from posting
UK Courier Delivery, ZONE A-B: Normally within 1-2 working days from dispatch
UK Courier Delivery, ZONE C-D: Normally within 2-4 working days from dispatch

European Royal Mail Standard Airmail: Normally within 5-10 working days
European Royal Mail Express Airmail:  Normally within 5 working days

Worldwide Royal Mail Standard Airmail: Normally within 7-15 working days
Worldwide Royal Mail Express Airmail: Normally within 7 working days

European Courier Zone 1: Normally within 2 working days from dispatch
European Courier Zone 2: Normally within 3 working days from dispatch
European Courier Zone 3: Normally within 3-4 working days from dispatch
European Courier Zone 4: Normally within 4-5 working days from dispatch
European Courier Zone 5: Normally within 4-6 working days from dispatch

All delivery times stated are approximate and are intended as a guide only.   Delivery times are subject to delays during peak season times.

Terms of Payment:

  1. Most major Credit / Debit cards are accepted.  Full details are shown when you complete the checkout process through our secure server. 
  2. We also accept Sterling Cheque or Sterling Postal Order: Cheque payments and Postal Orders are accepted for UK customers only, however we have to be in receipt of the payment to dispatch the goods.  Please make your payment payable to Chromacolour International and send to us along with a copy of your order.  ( Address below )
  3. Bank Transfers: We will accept bank transfers from customers outside of the UK, on the basis that all charges associated with making the transfer are paid for by the buyer.  Bank details available on request.

Our Guarantee:

  1. We guarantee our products to be in good order. Each individual item is checked before, during and after production.  However in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by email or telephone.  Any items delivered by courier, we suggest you write ‘unchecked’ on the delivery drivers docket when you sign for the parcel, unless you open the goods in front of the driver.   We can only accept claims for damages if the delivery drivers docket has been written as ‘unchecked’  or ‘damaged’ on the couriers signature sheet.

We collect information from you to process and confirm your order. We collect any information given at the time of ordering and when you register for our mailing list. If you have opted to join our e-mailing list we will also e-mail you to inform you of our special offers. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this service please inform us by telephone or email.  Please note under no circumstances do we pass on customer details to another person or company.
