Terms & Conditions – Chroma Artist Colours & materials
Pricing & Ordering Information:
- All prices on shown on the artist website and upon checkout include Vat at the current rate.
- Customers from the Channel Islands will have Vat deducted on invoice.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice.
- All orders successfully placed online will automatically receive web generated copy of the details entered online. We will email you separately with any queries or questions within one working day.
Delivery Information:
UK Mainland
- Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UK mainland totaling £30.00 and over. Orders less than £30.00 in value will be charged £3.00 postage and packing on Invoice. Please note this charge is not detailed on checkout and will be added at the time of invoice.
- Delivery is normally made by Royal Mail and made within 7 working days of order, however please allow up to 28 days. Larger orders will be sent with Parcelforce or by Courier.
UK Off-shore islands
- Delivery charges are the same as Mainland orders, except large orders over 2kg which may incur delivery charges. Any additional charges will be confirmed by email before we process your order.
Europe
- We have access to many postal services and couriers for delivery into Europe. Please contact us confirming items you require and we can provide you with a delivery quotation.
Terms of Payment:
- Credit / Debit card: Payment is accepted online by our secure server for all major credit and debit cards.
- Sterling Cheque or Postal Order: Cheque payments and Postal Orders are accepted for UK customers only, however we have to be in receipt of the cheque/Po to dispatch the order. Please make your payment payable to Chromacolour International and send to us along with a copy of your order:

- Bank Transfers: We will accept bank transfers from customers outside of the UK, on the basis that all charges associated with making the transfer are paid for by the buyer. Bank details available on request.
Our Guarantee:
- We guarantee our goods to be in good order. Each individual item is checked before, during and after production. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by email or telephone. Any items delivered damaged on arrival by courier, must also be confirmed in writing on the delivery docket. Claims for damages can only be processed if the parcel has been declared as damaged on the delivery couriers paperwork.

- We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate within the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information from you to process and confirm your order. We collect any information given at the time of ordering and when you register for our mailing list. If you have opted to join our e-mailing list we will also e-mail you to inform you of our special offers. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this service please inform us by telephone or email. Please note under no circumstances do we pass on customer details to another company or person.
