Terms & Conditions - Animation Equipment & Supplies

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK? - CLICK HERE FOR ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES

Pricing Information:

  1. All prices shown on the animation website and shown upon checkout exclude Delivery charges and Vat at the current rate (excluding books-zero rated).
  2. All customers have to pay Vat and delivery charges.  Vat at the current rate of 17.5% will be added at the time of invoice and charged to your credit/debit card.  Please contact us immediately if you wish us to calculate the Vat charges for you.  Please see below for delivery terms.
  3. All goods being sent to the Channel Islands are Vat free, therefore zero rated.
  4. Customers from outside of the UK, within the European Union that provide us with a valid Vat number will not be charged any Vat.  Please contact us for further details regarding Vat. ( Valid Added Tax )
  5. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice.

Ordering Information:

  1. All orders successfully placed online will automatically receive a web generated copy of the details you have entered online.  Please remember this does not include Vat or delivery.  These charges are added on later at the time invoice.
  2. All orders are processed on receipt of order.  Please check your email on a regular basis as we will email you separately with any queries or questions concerning your order within one working day from order.

Delivery Information:

  1. All animation orders are subject to delivery charges.  Charges are dependant on the weight of the goods.
  2. Customers ordering large heavy items such as Paper & Lightboxes or several packets of clay that need to be sent by courier, will be sent an email within one working day to confirm the delivery options and prices.  You will need to confirm your choice & acceptance of the options presented to you.  UK Courier prices start at £7.00.
  3. All small orders will be processed immediately and dispatched using Royal Mail.  UK Charges vary between £1.00 - £6.00.  Please do contact us in advance for delivery quotations before you order.
  4. Customers outside the UK should email us with their requirements so we can discuss the options and prices available for your order.

Terms of Payment:

  1. Credit / Debit card: Payment is accepted online by our secure server for all major credit and debit cards.
  2. Sterling Cheque or Postal Order: Cheque payments and Postal Orders are accepted for UK customers only, however we have to be in receipt of the cheque/Po to dispatch the order.  Please make your payment payable to Chromacolour International and send to us along with a copy of your order:

  1. Bank Transfers: We will accept bank transfers from customers outside of the UK, on the basis that all charges associated with making the transfer are paid for by the buyer.  Bank details available on request.

Our Guarantee:

  1. We guarantee our goods to be in good order. Each individual item is checked before, during and after production. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please inform us immediately by email or telephone.  Any items delivered damaged on arrival by courier, must also be confirmed in writing on the delivery docket.  Claims for damages can only be processed if the parcel has been declared as damaged on the delivery couriers paperwork.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate within the Data Protection Act 1998.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information from you to process and confirm your order. We collect any information given at the time of ordering and when you register for our mailing list. If you have opted to join our e-mailing list we will also e-mail you to inform you of our special offers. If at any time you wish to withdraw from this service please inform us by telephone or email.  Please note under no circumstances do we pass on customer details to another person or company.
