release of Stop Motion Pro version 6.

Developed with input from Aardman Animations (the makers of Wallace and Gromit), Stop Motion Pro version 6 offers students, animators and animation producers the most comprehensive and easy to use toolset yet.

Stop Motion Pro is a software tool for making stop motion and other animated films. Claymation, pixillation, painting, drawing, time-lapse; the possibilities are endless. It requires a video camera, webcam or digital still camera.  Stop Motion Pro is great for Professionals, Teachers and Students. 

Stop Motion Pro stores each frame on the computer, not video or film. Using a video camera, digital still camera or webcam, a PC and Stop Motion Pro it is possible to capture one frame of a puppet or object, make a small change and then capture another frame. After this is repeated several times the illusion of movement builds. There are up to 30 frames every second in video, so it is possible to create very smooth animation

All software is provided on DVD with quick start manual, HD and SD are supplied with Keypad stickers free of charge.

Given the huge success of USB keypads to control Stop Motion Pro we have released quality US made keypad stickers.  These stickers are fantastically simple. Supply your own USB Keypad (from most computer shops), assign functions to the keys and stick on the shortcut symbol. You will eventually not need to use a mouse, therefore you will be able to produce more animation. Not using the mouse means you keep your train of thought on the animation, rather than the computer interface.

Important Information about the Trial Version
The purpose of the free trial is to let you test your hardware to make sure it is compatible with Stop Motion Pro. The trial version of Stop Motion Pro lets you export frames and lets you experience all of the functionality of the software. There is a resolution limit of 800 x 600 pixels on the free trial.

The trial has the words 'Stop Motion Pro Trial' burned into every frame. It is not possible to remove this text in animation you have filmed whilst using the trial. When you purchase Stop Motion Pro, we send you a serial number and new software which will let you create animation without any water mark text in it.
