Air hardening - but also fires well in the range of 1000°C - 1250°C.
A good product to have in a Pottery Studio as they have the choice of taking it home and air drying or leaving it for firing. Used in Schools and Colleges as well as Studios Non-Toxic and when glazed it is Food Safe.
Paint on to finished Newclay models to increase surface hardness.
Knead into Newclay prior to use, to increase strength and hardness throughout the clay.

Uro™ is a soft, versatile and easy to use, heat cure modelling material. The completed item is placed in a domestic oven and heated to around 130°C for 20 to 30 minutes. Once cooled, the finished article is permanent and waterproof.

Newclay’s Air Dough™ is an extremely lightweight and pliable, air-drying modelling material. Once dry it retains some pliability but is strong and very light, making it particularly suitable for applications where normal clays yield articles that are too heavy or brittle. The dried Air Dough™ piece can be painted if desired. Air Dough™ is very clean and easy to use.
